The invention provides a method and system for scheduling high-speed rails in unusual weathers. The method comprises the steps that execution schedules corresponding to different speed limit values are stored in advance; moreover, in the running process of high-speed rail trains, the current moment and the longitude and latitude information of the high-speed rail trains at the current moment are related to the execution schedules corresponding to all the speed limit values, so that the execution schedules corresponding to all the speed limit values are corrected in real time; the execution schedules corresponding to all the limit values are all matched with the current running states of the high-speed rail trains, once the speed limit values change due to weather changes, an execution schedule corresponding to a new speed limit value can be executed through switching, real-time switching is achieved, and the high-speed rail trains run instantly according to the execution schedule corresponding to the new speed limit value. By means of the method and system, it is guaranteed that the high-speed rail trains can really run according to the preset schedules in unusual weathers with the accuracy reaching a second level.
