An efficient water plant removing boat comprises a boat body, a driving device and a boosting propeller. A water plant cutting device is arranged at the head of the boat body. The efficient water plant removing boat is characterized in that a conveyer belt is further arranged at the head of the boat body, the front end of the conveyer belt extends into water to be in butt joint with the water plant cutting device, a water plant mixing box is arranged in a cabin, a feeding opening is formed in the top of the water plant mixing box, a discharging opening is formed in the bottom of the water plant mixing box, the discharging opening is connected with a water plant conveying pump, the water plant conveying pump is connected with a conveying pipe, the conveying pipe extends to the boat tail to be connected with a flexible pipe opening, a water spraying pipe is arranged at the upper portion of the water plant mixing box, the water spraying pipe is connected with a water pump, and the water pump is connected with a water inlet formed in the bottom of the cabin through a pipe. Water plants and alligator weed can be sheared through a horizontal shear and a longitudinal shear and then further refined by a water plant cutting roller into sheared water plants. The sheared water plants enter the mixing box to be mixed with water flow quickly and then are conveyed by the conveying pipe. The sheared water plants can be manufactured into fodders.
