The invention relates to the technical field of car seats, in particular to a backward-turned and side-turned car seat framework with a three-point type safety belt. The backward-turned and side-turned car seat framework comprises a seat framework, a backrest framework, a turnover mechanism, a seat connecting portion and a seat connecting shaft, a double-safety-belt lock buckle is arranged on the turnover mechanism, the top of the turnover mechanism is rotatably connected with the bottom of the seat framework, the seat framework is rotatably connected with the seat connecting shaft through the seat connecting portion, bilateral angle regulators are fixed to the two sides of the seat framework, and rotatably connected with the bottom of the backrest framework, and a safety belt winder is arranged on the backrest framework. The seat framework can achieve the backward turning and side turning functions of the seat, meanwhile, the double-safety-belt lock buckle and the safety belt winder achieve three-point type fixing on the safety belt, and the aim of arranging the three-point type safety belt can still be achieved when the safety belt winder cannot be arranged on a ceiling.
