The invention provides a mechanical locking-up mechanism. The mechanical locking-up mechanism comprises a connector, a pull claw mounting rod and a pull claw, wherein the connector is a prism with a smooth front end; the pull claw comprises a plurality of claw sheets matched with the size of the prism; the middle part of each claw sheet is hinged to the pull claw mounting rod; the tail part of each claw sheet is drawn and closed through an annular spring; when the connector enters the pull claw, the pull claw retracts, the direction of the connector is corrected through tightening force of the pull claw, the connector is grasped firmly, locking-up is realized, rotation of the connector is limited through a prismatic surface, and movement of the connector is limited through pull claw retraction; by means of shapes of the connector and the pull claw, different parts of an underwater robot can be locked up without relative rotation underwater.
