The invention discloses a motor drive backplate actuator cylinder with a redundancy structure. The backplate actuator cylinder is based on motor drive, one end of the backplate actuator cylinder is connected with an airframe, the other end of the backplate actuator cylinder is connected with a backplate through a connector, and the motor drive backplate actuator cylinder is characterized in that the left end of a motor is connected with a reducer, the right end of the motor is connected with a band-type brake, the reducer is connected with a clutch through a synchronous belt, the clutch is connected with a lead screw drive mechanism, and the lead screw drive mechanism is used for driving the connector; the lead screw drive mechanism comprises a lead screw and a lead screw nut sleeving the lead screw, the lead screw nut is externally sleeved by a push rod, and the tail end of the push rod is in screw joint with the connector. When the motor is in failure, the clutch is released, the lead screw mechanism breaks away from motor drive, the lead screw can rotate freely, and the motor drive backplate actuator cylinder is pulled out by virtue of the putting-down force of a strut of the airplane, so that emergent putting down of the backplate can be realized.
