The invention discloses an energy management system of a new type fuel cell hybrid electric vehicle. The system is mainly composed of an energy management control system, a fuel cell subsystem, a photovoltaic power generation subsystem, a converter and the like. The power supply ratio between the fuel cell subsystem and a power lithium battery pack is reasonably allocated by the energy management control system according to the running power demand of the vehicle. When the electric vehicle is exposed to the sun, solar energy can be converted into electrical energy by the photovoltaic power generation subsystem to be stored in the power lithium battery pack or supply power for a vehicle load. By adopting the energy management system of the new type fuel cell hybrid electric vehicle, the comprehensive utilization of solar energy and the fuel cell in the electric vehicle is realized, and energy management control of supplying multi-energy recourses for the electric vehicle is realized.
