The invention discloses a high altitude escape slow descent device capable of protecting eyes. The device comprises a garment suitable for being worn by a human body and a head air bag suitable for being worn by the human head, a plurality of inflation air bags are arranged on the surface of the garment at intervals, all the inflation air bags are communicated with an inflation interlayer of the garment through one-way air valves, and at least one inflation device is arranged on the garment, and connected with the one-way air valves by enabling an inflation pipeline to stretch into the inflation interlayer. A plurality of inflation branch pipes extending out of the garment are arranged on the inflation pipeline, an inflation bag is arranged at the end of each inflation branch pipe, the inflation bags are communicated with the inflation branch pipes through one-way air valves, the inflation bag located at the position, on the chest of the human body, of the garment is a cylindrical air bag after being inflated, and a cavity of the cylindrical air bag is aligned to the eyes of the human body. The inflation bag located at the position, on the chest of the human body, of the garment is the cylindrical air bag after being inflated, the cylindrical air bag can allow the human body to observe the ground, and safe landing is ensured.
