The invention relates to a track crane with a protection platform. The track crane comprises a foldable support device 1, a crane drive control device 2, a crane transport device 3 and a high-power lithium battery pack 4, wherein the foldable support device 1 is made of high-strength elastic steel and is installed on the front end of a single-rail crane, the foldable support device 1 is 7cm away from an upper end crane track and is controlled by a hydraulic support, the drive control device 2 is installed in the middle part of the single-rail crane, the high-power lithium battery pack 4 is installed on the tail part of the single-rail crane, a circuit is connected with the crane drive control device 2, and the crane transport device 3 consists of two groups of cranes which are respectively installed on two ends of the crane drive control device 2. The track crane has beneficial effects that a mine tunneling face can be well supported, the working safety can be guaranteed, and the tunneling efficiency can be improved.
