The invention relates to a window breaking device, in particular to a pneumatic motor vehicle window breaking device, which is applied to large-sized vehicles such as motor buses, trains, motor cars and railways. The pneumatic motor vehicle window breaking device is characterized by comprising a cylinder and a carrier rod, wherein one end of the carrier rod is fixedly connected with the end part of a piston rod of the cylinder; the other end of the carrier rod is conical; the cylinder is arranged on a fixed frame. According to the pneumatic motor vehicle window breaking device, high-pressure gas is directly taken as power of the cylinder, only the front end of the carrier rod of the pneumatic motor vehicle window breaking device needs to be arranged at an appropriate position in alignment with a vehicle window before use, and a high-pressure air source is used for driving the carrier rod to finish window breaking through a pneumatic valve, so that the structure is greatly simplified.
