The invention discloses a pressure-proofing railway flatcar. The pressure-proofing railway flatcar comprises a bottom frame, fixing frames, wheels, axles, vibration absorbing devices, rotating shafts, a torsional spring and connecting rods; a plurality of fixing frames are oppositely uniformly arranged at two sides of the bottom frame; the wheels are connected to the fixing frames through the axles; the vibration absorbing devices are arranged at two sides of the fixing frames; three connecting rods are arranged on the torsional spring and respectively fixed to the bottom part of the bottom frame, the upper parts of the vibration absorbing devices, and the bottom parts of the fixing frames through the rotating shafts. According to the pressure-proofing railway flatcar, the three connecting rods are arranged on the torsional spring and are respectively fixed to the bottom part of the bottom frame, the upper parts of the vibration absorbing devices, and the bottom parts of the fixing frames through the rotating shafts, so as to proof pressure and reinforce the bottom frame; in case of heavy goods, the structure formed by connecting the torsional spring and the three connecting rods can share part of pressure, so that that the bottom frame can be avoided being pressed and broken due to excessively large pressure borne, and the railway flatcar can safely bear more goods.
