The invention discloses a prefabricated concrete above-water platform comprising an operation platform and fixed piles, wherein installation holes are formed in the operation platform; the operation platform is fixed on the fixed piles through the installation holes; the fixed piles are arranged in the installation holes; the operation platform has a composite structure; a plurality of buoyant boxes are arranged in the operation platform at equal intervals; and the outsides of the buoyant boxes are uniformly coated by concrete to form the operation platform with the square structure. The operation platform is prepared from the buoyant boxes and high performance concrete. By adopting composite structure design, the operation platform is light in weight, large in bearing and the like, the operation platform has strong durability due to the high performance concrete, and the service life of the operation platform is ensured.
