The invention belongs to the field of aviation, and relates to fuel tank configuration of a flying wing configuration type airplane. The fuel tank configuration of the flying wing configuration type airplane is characterized in that fuel tanks are symmetrically distributed at two sides of a symmetric surface of the airplane; the fuel tank at each side is divided into four major parts, namely, a medium fuel tank (2), an inner fuel tank (3), an outer fuel tank (1) and a rear fuel tank (4); the medium oil tank (2) is used as the center of the fuel tank at each side; the inner oil tank (3) is at the inner side, the outer fuel tank (1) is at the outer side, and the rear fuel tank (4) is at the rear side; the shape of the outer boundary of each fuel tank is determined according to the specific structure configuration. With the adoption of the fuel tank division method of the flying wing configuration type airplane, the fuel tanks can be reasonably distributed for the flying wing configuration type airplane, so as to meet the requirements on the fuel consumption sequence and maintenance of center of gravity of a fuel system of the flying wing configuration type airplane.
