The invention discloses a flatness defect early-detection device and a flatness defect early-detection method for a rigid cage guide. The device comprises a telescopic mechanism pedestal, a telescopic rod, a support, a laser and a camera, wherein the telescopic mechanism pedestal is fixedly arranged on a well wall, and is connected with a hoist master controller; the telescopic rod is arranged at the front end of the telescopic mechanism pedestal; the top end of the telescopic rod is connected with the rear part of the support; the support is pulled by the telescopic rod to move to and fro on the upper end face of the cage guide; the laser and the camera are arranged on the front part of the support, and are perpendicularly arranged along the direction of the cage guide. According to the device, the camera opposite to the cage guide is used for shooting, a laser screen is covered by warps and protrusions on the cage guide to determine defects of the cage guide and diagnose the positions of the defects, and the device is applied to the flatness defect detection of the rigid cage guide for vertical well hoisting, and is simple in structure, reliable and time-efficient; the flatness of the cage guide is rapidly and reliably detected early before the dotting hoisting of a hoist, so that the occurrence of a serious accident such as cage jamming is effectively avoided, and remarkable economic benefits are created.
