The invention relates to a vibration absorber for an automobile rear axle. The vibration absorber for the automobile rear axle comprises a mounting supporting seat, an elastomer, a vibration absorbing box and a cover housing; one end of the elastomer is connected with the mounting supporting seat, and while the other end of the elastomer is connected with the vibration absorbing box; the vibration absorbing box is filled with sound absorbing cotton; the cover housing covers the vibration absorbing box to be fixed on the mounting supporting seat; a raised line is arranged on the inner sidewall of the cover housing; a guide rail groove is formed in the raised line; a guide rod is arranged on the outer sidewall surface of the vibration absorbing box and inserted into the guide rail groove to be glidingly matched with the guide rail groove. With the adoption of the vibration absorber for the automobile rear axle, the vibration of the automobile in starting and accelerating can be reduced, and the roar can also be reduced.
