The invention relates to a seated personal transport vehicle which comprises a chassis, wheels, a support framework, a support actuator, a combined frame, an auxiliary wheel framework, an auxiliary wheel actuator, an auxiliary wheel and a seat, wherein the chassis, a front linkage and a rear linkage of the support framework and a support platform form a four-link mechanism; the combined frame, an upper linkage and a lower linkage of the auxiliary wheel framework and an auxiliary wheel arm form a four-link mechanism. When a three-wheel model is switched to a two-wheel model, firstly, the support actuator pushes the support framework so as to move the center of gravity of the seat, while the auxiliary wheel actuator pushes the auxiliary wheel framework so as to enable the auxiliary wheel to be abutted against the ground; then, the auxiliary wheel actuator pulls the auxiliary wheel framework so as to put away the auxiliary wheel; when the center of gravity is moved, the auxiliary wheel is still abutted against the ground; thus, in the switching process of models, a user still can sit on the seat, so that the use is convenient.
