The invention relates to a marine comprehensive platform and a selecting method for an optimal ship berthing position. The marine comprehensive platform is characterized by comprising a marine bracket, wherein an upper deck, a middle deck and a lower deck are sequentially and fixedly connected onto the marine bracket from top to bottom, and a plurality of stair passages are arranged between the upper deck and the middle deck as well as between the middle deck and the lower deck; a crude oil generator unit is arranged on the lower deck, the crude oil generator unit comprises a plurality of crude oil generators arranged in parallel at an interval, a chimney is fixedly connected with the end part of each crude oil generator, and the tail end of each chimney extends out of the lower deck. A ship is berthed near the marine platform, 40 DEG C (313K) is selected as the highest temperature for berthing the ship, which can be borne by personnel and facilities on the marine comprehensive platform, different berthing positions for berthing the ship and the dispersion simulation of smoke emitted by the chimneys under the three typical work conditions of highest wind speed, lowest wind speed and no wind are analyzed, and the lowest temperature fields of the emitted smoke on the ship and the marine comprehensive platform are recorded, so that the optimal ship berthing position is determined.
