The invention discloses a shock absorbing system and a shock absorbing method of an unmanned helicopter with a water-cooled engine and belongs to the technical field of unmanned helicopters. The system comprises an engine and an engine fixing bracket, wherein a soft gasket is arranged between the engine and the engine fixing bracket; an output belt pulley is fixedly connected to an output shaft of the engine; a transmission belt is arranged on the output belt pulley; output power is directly or indirectly transmitted to all movement parts through the output belt pulley; the engine is an air-cooled engine; a water-cooled jacket is hermetically connected to a cylinder head of the air-cooled engine; a water inlet and a water outlet are formed in the water-cooled jacket; a cooling radiator is arranged on the unmanned helicopter; the water outlet is communicated with inlet water of the cooling radiator; effluent of the cooling radiator is communicated with inlet water of the water-cooled jacket. The system and method disclosed by the invention can effectively improve the running quality and operating quality of the unmanned helicopter, so that the cost is lowered, and application, popularization and development of the unmanned helicopter are facilitated.
