The invention discloses a front-end-expanded inflatable docking mechanism and belongs to the technical field of spaceflight. The front-end-expanded inflatable docking mechanism comprises a support pipe and an expanded end, wherein the expanded end is arranged at the front end of the support pipe, aligned with the center of the support pipe in arrangement and fixedly connected with the support pipe, both the support pipe and the expanded end are of flexible inflatable structures, the outer diameter of the support pipe is smaller than the length of the largest liner distance of a section, parallel to the cross section of the support pipe, of the expanded end, and a longitudinal coil spring is arranged on one side of the support pipe. The front-end-expanded inflatable docking mechanism is used for on-orbit docking of space targets like satellites and solves the problems that an existing mechanical docking mechanism is complex in structure, large in launching size, high in control requirement and control difficulty, prone to damaging a docked object and the like..
