The invention discloses an energy-saving lifting device which comprises a bracket and a lifting table arranged on one side of the bracket, and further comprises a traction device arranged on the bracket, wherein the traction device comprises a traction block A and a traction block B which are used for dragging the lifting table to go up or down; when the traction block A and the traction block B are combined to form resultant force, the load-bearing lifting table goes up; when the traction block A and the traction block B are separated to form component force, the load-bearing lifting table goes down. The resultant force after the traction block A and the traction block B are combined is larger than the gravity of the load-bearing lifting table, so that the lifting table goes up together with a load; the gravity of the load-bearing lifting table after the traction block A and the traction block B are separated is far larger than any one traction component force, so that the lifting table goes down together with the load. The lifting device saves energy, is environment-friendly and can effectively realize lifting of the lifting table through effective conversion of potential energy and mechanical energy.
