The invention relates to structure hoisting, in particular to a structure hoisting method using a winch. A winch hoisting method of a narrow space inner structure comprises the following steps: step 1, planning a component conveying line according to construction deployment and field conditions; step 2, setting a large-size steel component ground reversed transport clamp; step 3, carrying out structure splicing on the ground reversed transport clamp; step 4, dragging a component to a hoisting position by the winch; step 5, carrying out gravity center adjustment on an irregular unit; step 6, hoisting in place; step 7, setting a winch auxiliary hoisting device; step 8, hoisting a small-size component by using the winch; and step 9, adjusting welding to finish structure hoisting. By the aid of the structure hoisting method, the problems of ground assembling, reversed transport, hoisting and the like of a narrow space component are effectively solved.
