The invention discloses an electric fork-lift truck, an axle box and an axle arm installing structure. The axle box comprises a middle box body, a reduction gearbox cover, a first axle arm, a differential box cover and a second axle arm, brakes are installed on the first axle arm and the second axle arm respectively, jack shafts are installed in the first axle arm and the second axle arm respectively, the two jack shafts are connected through a differential mechanism assembly, the differential mechanism assembly is connected with a motor in a transmission mode through a duplicate gear shaft, a second gear, a first gear and an input gear, the reduction gearbox cover is in interference fit with the first axel arm, the reduction gearbox cover is fixedly connected with the first axel arm through location pins, fastening pieces or welding, the differential box cover is in interference fit with the second axel arm, and the differential box cover is fixedly connected with the second axel arm through location pins, fastening pieces or welding.
