A traffic information management system which can effectively determine deterioration of road marks is provided. A digital automobile data recorder (1) comprises a main camera (11) used for shooting a zone including a driving path of a vehicle; an image identification CPU (10) used for identifying road marks according to captured images output from the main camera (11) and reference data corresponding to the road marks; and a control system processing CPU (20) used for recording variety of the identified road marks, similarity, driving path positions and a driving direction of the vehicle in the driving path as road mark information. A management device (5) comprises an information management CPU (54) used for capturing the road mark information recorded by the digital automobile data recorder (1) of each vehicle, accumulating the acquired road mark information, and determining deterioration of road marks by monitoring similarity of road marks which have same variety, driving path positions and driving directions of the vehicle in the driving path.
