An assistant power supply system for a booster bike is arranged on the booster bike. The booster bike is provided with a booster motor used for supplying assistant power. The assistant power supply system comprises a microcomputer and a motor current sensor. The microcomputer is electrically connected to the booster motor, stores a body weight value, a bike weight value and a tire damping coefficient, and obtains a tire resistance value through calculation. The motor current sensor is electrically connected to the microcomputer. The microcomputer calculates the value of assistant power output by the booster motor according to current feedback sensed by the motor current sensor. The microcomputer controls the value of the assistant power output by the booster motor, and the assistant power value is made to be the first predetermined ratio of the tire resistance value.
