The invention relates to a lifting hook which comprises two lifting hook bodies which are distributed in a symmetry manner, and a fixed beam, wherein the upper end of each lifting hook body is provided with a fixed shaft; two ends of the fixed shafts are connected with sliding blocks; the sliding blocks are positioned in a first sliding groove in the fixed beam; two sides of the lifting hook bodies are positioned in a second sliding groove in the fixed beam; and a wearing-resisting layer is arranged on the lifting contact surface of each lifting hook body. According to the lifting hook, the two lifting hook bodies are arranged and are fixed on the fixed beam; when a panel piece is lifted, the sliding blocks can move along the first sliding groove while the lifting hook bodies can move along the second groove; when the distance between the two lifting hook bodies is adjusted, after the positions of the lifting hook bodies are fixed, the lifting is performed, so that the operation of lifting the panel piece is convenient; and the wearing-resisting layers are arranged, so that the surface wearing amount of each lifting hook body can be effectively reduced, and further the service life of the lifting hook can be prolonged.
