The invention relates to an automatic centralized enterprise railway control method. Plan obtainment, plan adjustment and plan decomposition are sequentially carried out on a train reception and departure operation plan and a dispatching plan, moreover, access routes are searched and screened, so that an accessible access route set is obtained, access routes are then dispatched and sequentially executed according to the planned access routes and task priorities, and thereby the automatic centralized control of enterprise railway operation is realized. An automatic centralized enterprise railway control system disclosed by the invention is provided with a dispatching center subsystem, a railway station subsystem and an interlocking subsystem, wherein the dispatching center subsystem comprises a transportation production planning workstation and a dispatching command machine, the railway station subsystem comprises a railway station autonomous machine, the dispatching command machine obtains a train plan and a dispatching plan according to a day shift plan made by the transportation production planning workstation, adjusts stage plans, and issues a task set to the railway station autonomous machine, and the railway station autonomous machine receives and decomposes the task set, dispatches access routes, and then drives the interlocking subsystem to execute the access routes.
