The centrifugal satellite signal buoy comprises a conical buoy shell, wherein a cylindrical cavity is formed in the conical buoy shell; a stabilizing mechanism is arranged in the cylindrical cavity; the stabilizing mechanism comprises a motor; the motor is fixed to the inner wall of the cylindrical cavity through a bracket; the bracket comprises a supporting plate; a fixing ring is arranged in the middle of the supporting plate; an annular limiting bulge is arranged at the bottom of the fixing ring; the outer wall of the motor is arranged in the fixing ring in a press-fit manner and is limited through the annular limiting bulge; a conical heavy block is fixed onto a driving shaft of the motor; a cylindrical opening is formed in the heavy block; both the fixing ring and the motor are arranged in the opening of the heavy block; the driving shaft of the motor is fixed to the central position of the bottom of the opening; a plurality of storage batteries are symmetrically arranged at the bottom of the buoy shell; the heavy block is driven to rotate by the motor under the driving of the batteries; a plurality of convex blades are arranged on the surface of the conical tip end of the satellite signal buoy in an annular array.
