The invention provides a cooling system of an offshore device and a ship and an offshore platform with the same. The cooling system comprises a low temperature cooling subsystem, a high temperature cooling subsystem, a temperature control subsystem and a regulation subsystem; the low temperature cooling subsystem is used for cooling low temperature users and provided with a first inlet and a first outlet; the high temperature cooling subsystem is used for cooling high temperature users and provided with a second inlet and a second outlet; the temperature control subsystem is used for cooling the cooling water into a first preset temperature and provided with a third inlet and a third outlet; the third outlet is communicated with the first inlet through a low temperature pipeline; the first outlet is communicated with the second inlet through a medium temperature pipeline; the second outlet is communicated with the third inlet through a high temperature pipeline; the regulation subsystem is arranged between the first outlet and the third inlet and used for regulating the water entering into the second inlet so as to enable the water temperature of the second outlet to be equal to a second preset temperature. According to the cooling system of the offshore device and the ship and the offshore platform with the same, the operating cost of the system can be reduced, the operation of the high temperature users in the matching environment is facilitated, and the performance of the ship and the offshore platform is improved.
