The non-contact power supply apparatus is provided with: a remaining quantity detecting unit (25a), which detects a remaining quantity of a battery (28) that is provided in a vehicle parked in a parking space that is provided with the power transmitting coil; a charge start determining unit (25b), which determines whether to start charging operations with respect to the battery or not on the basis of whether the battery remaining quantity detected by means of the remaining quantity detecting unit is equal to or less than a charge start threshold value; and a charge control unit (25c), which starts the charging operations in the cases where the charge start determining unit determined to start the charging operations.
