The invention discloses an inflation-free automobile wheel injection-molded on a metal rim. A non-foaming high-strength elastomer plastic material is injection-molded on a rim of a traditional automobile wheel set through a die, and thus the inflation-free automobile wheel is manufactured. The plastic material adopted can be a non-foaming polyurethane PU high-strength elastomer material. The inflation-free automobile wheel injection-molded on the metal rim has the advantages that manufacturing is easy, automobile tires do not need to be assembled and unassembled, and the tires can enable the excellent effect of the high-strength elastomer.
