The invention discloses a strong-driving elevator car roof compensation balance wheel device which comprises a motor, rotating shafts and a car. The two rotating shafts are arranged on the two sides of the motor respectively. The motor drives the rotating shafts to rotate. Pulling ropes are wound on the two rotating shafts. The lower portions of the pulling ropes are arranged on a compensation balance wheel in a sleeving mode. The compensation balance wheel is arranged through a wheel shaft. The car is hung on the wheel shaft through a hanging rope. An inner-concave groove is formed in the edge of the compensation balance wheel. The pulling ropes are arranged in the groove in a sleeved mode. The device has the advantages of being practical, low in production cost and convenient to use. During going-up-down processes of an elevator, stableness is achieved, and riding is comfortable and safe.
