The invention provides an intelligent high-efficiency traffic automobile management system. The system comprises a parking lot information gatherer, a road condition gatherer, a center controller and a mobile terminal, wherein the center controller is connected with the road condition gatherer and a traffic information navigation releasing system, the road condition gatherer is connected with the parking lot information gatherer, and the mobile terminal is connected with the center controller through a wireless network. According to the invention, the traffic condition of a road is detected through a road condition server, generated traffic signals are fed back to a center server for analysis, and finally the signals are fed back to a user through a vehicular-mounted terminal, such that the information relevance and real-time performance are high, the user can be guided to drive on a quite smooth road, and traffic congestion is effectively alleviated.
