The invention relates to automobiles, and discloses an anti-torsion automobile axle which comprises a rod-shaped body. The rod-shaped body is of a circular pipe structure, a circular inner rod is rotatably penetratingly arranged in the rod-shaped body, a first friction layer is arranged on the outer peripheral surface of the inner rod, a second friction layer is arranged on the inner surface of the rod-shaped body, the inner rod and the rod-shaped body are butted to each other by the first friction layer and the second friction layer, and a space between the rod-shaped body and the inner rod is filled with friction agents. The anti-torsion automobile axle and a method for machining the anti-torsion automobile axle have the advantages that torsion energy can be absorbed by the anti-torsion automobile axle, and accordingly the problem of poor anti-torsion ability of existing axle bodies can be solved.
