The invention relates to a double-power source driving type switchable small mining electric locomotive which comprises a frame, a wheel pair, a bearing box, a speed reducing device, a spring device, a braking device, a sand scattering device, a bumper, an alternating current motor and a control chamber, wherein the wheel pair is arranged at the bottom end of the frame in a rotation manner; a bearing is arranged in the bearing box; the upper part of the spring device is used for supporting the frame; the lower part of the spring device is arranged on a seat hole of the bearing box; the alternating current motor is connected with a transmission gear by the speed reducing device; a double-power source driving mould is arranged on the frame so as to realize the aim that the alternating current motor is driven to rotate under different conditions. The double-power source driving type switchable small mining electric locomotive has the advantages that two kinds of power supply manners are adopted for selection, so that the double-power source driving type switchable small mining electric locomotive can be suitable for moist and complex environments in mine wells and also can return back an outlet of a mine laneway to be charged for storing energy in emergency circumstances such as not power of a trolley storage battery. By using the electric locomotive, an operator on a trolley can change turnout junctions by self, the use is convenient and fast, the whole structure is compact and the radius of turning is small.
