The invention discloses a pre-opening type parachute, which mainly comprises a double-slow-descent-force balloon parachute and a pre-opening parachute, wherein the double-slow-descent-force balloon parachute and the pre-opening parachute are gathered and connected with the two ends of a universal joint; the double-slow-descent-force balloon parachute is provided with an inflating cover part which can be inflated to generate buoyancy; after the inflation of the double-slow-descent-force balloon parachute is completed, the buoyancy is generated, and the pre-opening parachute is upwards pulled to complete the parachute opening action; the auxiliary parachute opening by the height drop potential energy or displacement kinetic energy is not needed, so that higher use convenience and higher environment adaptability are realized; when the pre-opening type parachute descends, the slow-descent effect is provided through the buoyancy of the inflating cover part; a first resistance generating space of the double-slow-descent-force balloon parachute impacts air to generate first resistance preventing the descending; and a second resistance generating space of the pre-opening parachute impacts the air to generate second resistance preventing the descending. The pre-opening type parachute provides upward acting force in three positions to generate the slow-descent effect; the goals of certainly opening the pre-opening type parachute and achieving the slow descent effect in a short time can be achieved; and the use comfort degree and the use safety are improved.
