The invention discloses a novel maritime aircraft work platform which can shrink, is provided with a foldable deck and can sail underwater. A horizontal quadrangular ship body with a rhombic cross section is adopted by the platform; the ship body is composed of a casing shell, a multifunctional cabin, a flexible air bag cabin, a folding deck, a hydraulic support and a submarine; when the platform is in the submerging mode, the size of the ship body shrinks by about 2/3, and the ship body is close to the assembly line type; and the platform has the good maneuverability, hidden performance and the anti-storm capacity. When the platform is in the airport mode, the length of a flight line is two times to three times that of the ship body in the submerging mode, and the largest width of the platform is four times that of the ship body. The internally-carried submarine of the platform provides platform operation, navigation powder and safety working sites of all operators of the platform, and the platform can be separated from the ship body to carry out solo engagement; and the platform can be used as a maritime mobile airport and maritime resource development of land-based carrier-based aircrafts.
