The invention relates to a ground effect aircraft, which comprises a chassis, wherein multiple ant leg-shaped telescopic support legs are symmetrically arranged at two sides of the chassis, two rows of universal ducts are fixed at the bottom of the chassis; each universal duct is driven through an engine fixed at the inside of the chassis; a console for controlling the direction and rotation speed of each universal duct is arranged on the chassis. Through the two rows of the universal ducts arranged at the bottom of the chassis, the aircraft takes off; as the universal ducts are controlled through the console, the flight attitude, direction and height of the aircraft can be adjusted; as the universal dust are arranged in two rows side by side, the occurrence of spinning and vortex can be prevented; while the safety and reliability of the device are guaranteed, the energy is saved and the energy consumption is lowered; as the telescopic support legs are ant leg-shaped, the aircraft can be adaptive to taking off and landing at various grounds; the device is easy to operate and good in practicality and can be applied to terrains such as hills and mountains.
