The invention discloses a trolley dragging mechanism with an adjustable tensioning device. The trolley dragging mechanism comprises a support seat I, a support seat II, two steel wire ropes, a trolley, and a winch positioned on the trolley, wherein one ends of the steel wire ropes pass through a wedge-shape steel wire rope connector; a wedge block and a pin shaft I are connected with a balance plate; the balance plate is connected with a flower-basket-type bolt by a pin shaft II; the other end of the flower-basket-type bolt is connected with a sleeve by a cover; a pull rod is arranged in the sleeve; one end of the pull rod is provided with a baffle; the other end of the pull rod penetrates through one end, far from the cover, of the sleeve and penetrates through a vertical plate positioned on one end of the support seat II to be connected with a nut; a spring is arranged between the baffle and the end, far from the cover, of the sleeve. The tension of the steel wire ropes can be adjusted by a spiral pair on the flower-basket-type bolt, friction force between each steel wire rope and the winch is ensured, and the safety and the reliability of the mechanism are ensured by the sleeve, the pull rod and the spring.
