The invention relates to an all-steel radial tire steel wire ring with a tough size piece layer and a formula of the tough size piece layer. The all-steel radial tire steel wire ring comprises a steel wire ring body and a nylon cord fabric layer. The all-steel radial tire steel wire ring is characterized in that the tough size piece layer is arranged between the steel wire ring body and the nylon cord fabric layer; the outer surface of the tough size piece layer is closely combined with the nylon cord fabric layer; the inner surface of the tough size piece layer is closely combined with the steel wire ring body. According to the all-steel radial tire steel wire ring, the tough size piece layer good in toughness is additionally arranged between the steel wire ring body and the nylon cord fabric layer, size between the steel wire ring body and the nylon cord fabric layer is increased and the material of the size piece layer has the features of being low in viscosity and mobility so that a certain thickness can be kept in the process of winding nylon cord fabric, the steel wire ring body can also be tightly wrapped, the thickness of the size outside the steel wire ring can be kept in the subsequent tire vulcanizing process, the steel wire ring is prevented from cutting the nylon cord fabric layer and a tire body steel cord, and the service life of a tire is prolonged.
