Disclosed are a jolt prevention trolley and method for civil engineering. An existing trolley cannot prevent jolt, and it is extremely laborsome for workers to operate the trolley; when the existing trolley passes through a bumpy road, materials in the existing trolley are prone to vibrating out of the trolley due to jolt, and the actual freight volume is affected; as no anti-slid device is arranged on handles, the handles are prone to slip out of hands and risks are caused during construction. The jolt prevention method includes the steps that the front end of a trolley frame (1) is connected with a trolley hopper (3) through shaft pins (2); the trolley hopper is connected with lock catches (5) through hinges (4); shockproof rubber pads (6) are installed on the upper sides of the lower portion of the trolley frame, and wheel frames (7) are installed on the lower sides of the lower portion of the trolley frame; the wheel frames are connected with a wheel set base (9) through a large bearing (8); the wheel set base is connected with wheels (11) through a set of small gearings (10); the lower portions of one end of the trolley frame are connected with supporting legs (13) through fixing pins (12), and the upper portion of the end of the trolley frame are connected with push handles (14); the push handles are connected with hand shanks (16) through bolts (15). The jolt prevention trolley and method for civil engineering are used for construction transportation.
