The invention discloses a pesticide spraying unmanned aerial vehicle. The pesticide spraying unmanned aerial vehicle comprises an unmanned aerial vehicle body. A plurality of rotor wings are arranged at the outer side end of the unmanned aerial vehicle body internally provided with a liquid storage tank. A balance frame is arranged at one end at the bottom of the unmanned aerial vehicle body. A spraying rod is arranged at the other end of the bottom of the unmanned aerial vehicle body. The upper end of the spraying rod is connected and guided in the liquid storage tank, a liquid outlet is formed in the lower end of the spraying rod, a liquid adding pipe channel is arranged on the top of the liquid storage tank, and a rotary cover is arranged at the upper end of the liquid adding pipe channel. By means of the mode, the balance frame at the bottom of the unmanned aerial vehicle can be utilized for serving as a spraying head to spray pesticide, the structure is compact, liquid adding is convenient and fast, and the balance performance is superior.
