Provided is a self-generating electric hydraulic vehicle. A lithium battery power box is connected with a hydraulic pump through a motor. High-pressure liquid is communicated with four branch high-pressure pipelines through a main high-pressure pipeline. Each branch high-pressure pipeline is communicated with a hydraulic motor through an electromagnetic flow valve. Each hydraulic motor is connected with the rotation shaft of vehicle wheels through an electromagnetic clutch. The rotation shaft of the vehicle wheels is connected with a power generating shaft. The power generating shaft is provided with a rotor coil. A stator coil is sleeved out of the rotor coil. The stator coil is connected with the lithium battery power box through an excitation relay. The lithium battery power box conveys exciting current to the stator coil through the excitation relay. One end of the rotor coil is provided with a commutator and a brush, and the rotor coil can transmit electric power to the lithium battery power box. Through a PLC, a cross slope sensor, and a flow control valve, different rotating speeds of inner side wheels and outer side wheels are adjusted, and adhesive ability of the four wheels on a road when a vehicle is turning is improved. Through the PLC, when the vehicle goes down a slope, the potential energy of the vehicle can be used to generate electricity.
