The present invention provides a special vehicle cyber-physical system direction selection method. The method makes the person, vehicle and road in interactive cooperation by utilizing a sensing technology, a communication technology, a calculation technology and a control technology comprehensively, and designs five strategies for avoiding congestion aiming at the congestion generation scenes of the special vehicles, thereby guaranteeing the dynamic uniform distribution of the special vehicles represented by the police vehicles and taxies on the constraint of the existing roads, and forming a globe, intelligent, dynamic and automatic direction selection method integrating the calculation, communication and control as one. According to the present invention, the scheduling efficiency of the special vehicles can be improved, and by introducing the road selection factors in the congestion avoiding strategies, the special vehicles can be seen at all road sections. In addition, the method of the present invention is low in time complexity, can satisfy the real-time requirements of the cyber-physical system facing the special vehicles during the scheduling process.
