The invention provides a variable-pitch propeller used for a high-altitude unmanned plane and an unmanned plane. The variable-pitch propeller used for a high-altitude unmanned plane comprises a hub, a rotating shaft fixed on the hub and a blade which sleeves the rotating shaft and has a continuous surface. The blade contains a movable blade which can rotate around the rotating shaft under pressure difference of a leading edge and a trailing edge of the movable blade. A reset structure is arranged between the movable blade and the rotating shaft. The reset structure is used for resetting the rotating movable blade. The high-altitude unmanned plane comprises a fuselage and the above variable-pitch propeller, wherein the hub of the variable-pitch propeller is fixed on the fuselage. According to the invention, the blade which sleeves the rotating shaft fixed on the hub and has a continuous variable-pitch propeller surface is arranged to be a movable blade which can rotate around the rotating shaft under the pressure difference of the leading edge and the trailing edge of the blade itself, and the movable blade resetting structure is disposed between the movable blade and the rotating shaft. Thus, the variable-pitch structure of the propeller is simplified and meets propeller requirements of a high-altitude long-flight unmanned plane.
