The invention provides an electrified railway power supply device and a system thereof. The electrified railway power supply device comprises a three-phase transformer, four three-phase converters, at least four single-phase converters and a single-phase transformer. The primary side of the three-phase transformer is connected with a three-phase high-voltage utility grid. The secondary side of the three-phase transformer is connected with the input sides of the three-phase converters. The output sides of the three-phase converters are connected with the input sides of the single-phase converters. The output sides of the single-phase converters are connected with the secondary side of the single-phase transformer. The primary side of the single-phase transformer outputs a single-phase AC voltage to an electrified railway traction power supply network. According to the invention, the three-phase AC power is converted into the single-phase AC power, so that the power phase separation problem can be completely eliminated.
