The invention discloses an AGV elastic support driving device with a hub motor. Linear sliding bearings with flanges are fixed to a supporting and fixing frame. The threaded ends of guiding rods penetrate the linear sliding bearings with the flanges. Cylindrical spiral springs are installed on the lower portions of the guiding rods. The guiding rods are fixed to a driving wheel support through threads. The two ends of a main shaft of the hub motor are arranged on a U-shaped groove of the driving wheel support in a sleeving mode. The stretch-out portion of the main shaft of the hub motor is sleeved with U-shaped grooves of anti-loosening pieces, and the U-shaped grooves of the anti-loosening pieces are fixed to the driving wheel support. An encoding large gear is fixed to one end of a shell of the hub motor. A photoelectric rotary encoder is fixed to the driving wheel support. An encoding small gear is fixed to a main shaft of the photoelectric rotary encoder and is meshed with the encoding large gear. By means of an elastic support, a driving wheel can compress the ground when a road surface is rough, slipping and idling are prevented, vibration of a vehicle body is reduced, and travelling accuracy and travelling stability are improved. By means of the driving device, adverse factors caused when a speed reducer is installed are avoided, and the running reliability is improved.
