The invention provides a real-time detection method for civil aircraft airline pilot operation errors, and belongs to the field of civil aviation. The method comprises the steps that 1, detection data of the operation process are obtained; 2, an anomaly detection classifier is trained; 3, the anomaly detection classifier judges whether unknown data are in the normal stage or not; 4, normal data are stored in a normal database, wherein the step 8 is executed after the normal data are stored in the normal database; 5, six parallel misuse detectors are trained; 6, the misuse detectors conduct error classification and give alarms; 7, abnormal data are stored in an abnormal database; 8, the method is finished.
