The invention provides a car sharing system abnormal information monitoring method. The method requires a passenger intelligent terminal, a car owner intelligent terminal and a server. The passenger intelligent terminal and the car owner intelligent terminal are in bidirectional communication with the server. The server acquires a machine code of the passenger intelligent terminal during communication with the passenger intelligent terminal and acquires a machine code of the car owner intelligent terminal during communication with the car owner intelligent terminal. A reference valve is set between the machine codes of two different intelligent terminals. When the number of times of car sharing between the machine codes of two different intelligent terminals is greater than the reference value, no-authentication information for the two intelligent terminals is generated for further verification and investigation of a car sharing public platform. By identifying the machine codes of the intelligent terminals, the method can help identify the situation of order fraud of using different intelligent terminals to place orders and receive orders.
