The invention provides a hydraulic lifting device. The hydraulic lifting device comprises a base. Universal wheels are arranged below the base. A multistage hydraulic push rod is arranged on the base. The left side face of the multistage hydraulic push rod is movably connected with the base. The top end of the multistage hydraulic push rod is provided with a platform. The left side face of the multistage hydraulic push rod is movably connected with one end of a hydraulic supporting rod. The other end of the hydraulic supporting rod is connected with the base. The hydraulic supporting rod and the multistage hydraulic push rod are connected with a distribution valve. The distribution valve is connected with a hydraulic machine. The hydraulic push rod can stretch out, draw back and rotate. When the base moves, the hydraulic lifting device can avoid barriers in multiple directions and is convenient to move.
