The invention provides an auxiliary rotating device for narrow space and belongs to the technical field of automobiles. The device comprises an automobile body, an electronic control unit, a wiring harness, motors, lifting rods and a sliding wheel, wherein a first motor, a second motor and a third motor are all arranged on a chassis of the automobile body; one end of a first lifting rod, one end of a second lifting rod and one end of a third lifting rod penetrate through the chassis and are connected with the first motor, the second motor and the third motor respectively, the other ends of the first lifting rod, the second lifting rod and the third lifting rod are arranged below the chassis, and the sliding wheel is arranged on the lower end surface of the second lifting rod. When a tire is required to be placed or an automobile bottom part is required to be repaired, the automobile body can be lifted by the lifting rods under control of the motors.
