The system is obtained through the improvement on an existing elevator control system, and the improvement cost is low. By means of the method, people can evacuate from the elevator under the fire disaster situation, the evacuation efficiency is improved, the dispatching method is safe and reliable, and safety of people during evacuation can be ensured.
